In 2005 Roger built and opened the “CEDAR ST. COMPLEX”  with the thought in mind of having a true one stop shop.  At the Complex, Roger Owner/Broker & Auctioneer operates both Roger Reed Real Estate & Auction and Double R Auctions. Stephanie Spain, Owner/Mortgage Broker, operates Traditional Home Mortgage, also Roger & Stephanie are Licensed Title insurance Agents and Co-own Platinum Title & Escrow LLC, in the Complex. We are the only Real Estate Co. in McKenzie offering this convenience.
